Level: Easy
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (6 pancakes)
-100 gr flour.
-2 and ½ spoons of sugar
-3 teaspoons baking powder
-1 egg
-1 cup of milk
-A pinch of salt
-A pinch of salt
-Olive oil
-Whipped Cream
-Syrup
Instructions:
- For the batter:
Pour the milk into the mixer
and add the egg and the flour. Mix until you get a lump-free mixture.
Then, add the sugar and the
baking powder to the mixture plus the salt and mix again.
In case we get a too liquid
batter, we can add some more flour. Or if it’s too thick, add some more milk
and it’ll be fixed.
- The pancakes:
Spread some olive oil in a small skillet (better if it’s a non-sticky one). You
can use a brush to do that, so all the surface is spread with oil but not too
oily.
Heat the skillet and when it’s
hot, low down to medium heat and pour some batter in it. When the whole pancake
is full of little bubbles, it’s time to turn it upside. Let it there until it’s
done both sides and put it into a plate.
Add some whipped cream and
syrup (of your favourite flavour) and let’s eat them!
